The Arc of the U.S. policy offices helped guide my work into Medicaid managed long-term services and supports for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

Individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities experience a digital divide with less engagement in the online community. My work explores this inequity.
